
1998 CACF
The 1998
festival was hosted by the Central Area Community at Gatzert Elementary School and playfield, (1301 E. Yesler Way) July 24-26. Located in one of Seattle’s oldest communities, the festival
celebrates the diverse cultures and rich history the Central community has
fostered. The theme for the festival is Family, Diversity and Unity.
This Seafair sanctioned community event featured activities for the whole
family, such as inflatable bouncers for kids, pro sport mascots, art exhibits,
food, service and information booths, interactive sports, musical
entertainment, cultural exhibits and more.
